Crafting Classroom Culture

Teachers learn how classroom culture is built through repeated small choices, routines,

and feedback. They learn to design assessments backwards, starting with the goal,

then shaping lessons that lead children there. Along the way, they practice documenting

their work, noticing patterns, writing stories, and keeping records that help them grow.

And throughout, they explore power: how it moves through classrooms, how it shapes behavior,

and how it can be used with care, not control.
