Diddy just caught a massive break in one of his lawsuits and it is literally all because of a
missed deadline. Sara Rivers, the former Da Band member, was coming after
the mogul with a sixty million dollar lawsuit accusing him of assault and inhumane treatment
during her time on Making The Band. A judge had already tossed out most of her claims last
summer, but she was not giving up and filed for an appeal to keep the fight alive.
That is where things fell apart. To keep that appeal moving, she had to file
