Dogs’ First Powder Day

Nothing beats watching your dogs discover fresh powder for the first time. We hit the trail

at sunrise, and the moment they saw that untouched snow, they absolutely

lost it. My black pup launched forward like a rocket, sending snow clouds everywhere,

while my curly brown one bounced behind like a furry snowplow. Their faces got completely caked

in white fluff, but they didn't care. They just kept diving and leaping through

the drifts. By the time we looped back, they were exhausted, covered head to

paw in snow, but wearing the biggest doggy grins. Pure winter magic.
