Don’t Look Behind You

This actually happened… and no one can explain why. Last night, a man woke up at

exactly 3:17 a.m. No noise. No nightmare. Just a sudden feeling that something was

wrong. His phone was on the table next to his bed. The screen was lit.

There was a notification. From himself. The message said: “Don’t look behind you.”

He laughed. Thought he had sent it by mistake. Then another message appeared.

Same sender. Same time. “I’m serious.” His heart started beating faster.

Slowly, he turned around. Nothing was there. Relieved, he faced the phone

again. One last message popped up. “You looked too early.”
