I woke up at 3:07 a.m. to the sound of my phone vibrating. No notifications. No calls.

Then it vibrated again. A message appeared on my lock screen. It said: “Don’t

turn around.” I froze. Because I was home alone… and my bedroom door

was open. My phone vibrated one last time. “It’s too late.”
