Endless scrolling is literally training your brain to hate doing anything difficult. A massive new breakdown
of seventy-one studies just confirmed that bingeing short videos is tanking our attention spans and impulse
control. It is basically a dopamine trap where your brain gets so addicted
to the fast pace that normal life feels painfully slow and boring. The data also linked
heavy use to way higher stress and anxiety. But weirdly, they didn't find
a connection to bad body image, which is what everyone usually blames. The real danger
isn't vanity, it is losing the ability to focus on anything longer than fifteen seconds.
