Ensuring Full Participation in Security Training

So that's a great question, because this program is not gonna work without participation.

So I spend a lot of time at the beginning, um, trying to make sure that the leaders

understand the reason behind the program, they really get behind the initiative and,

um, feel that it's very important. And so, I try to take that

top-down mentality with, with the launching of the initiative. Um,

we have a way that we announce the initiative, uh, we also have a cybersecurity

training and awareness policy that I give to all of our clients that I've developed, and I encourage

them to utilize that as part of their employee handbook or maybe just a one-off policy,
