FDA Loses Court Case on Premium Cigars

The FDA just took a massive loss in federal court and premium cigars are officially off the

hook. The Court of Appeals ruled that the agency's attempt to regulate premium sticks was

arbitrary because they completely ignored the evidence on risk profiles. Basically,

the judges said the FDA didn't do their homework, so those strict regulations are
