Feeling Alone in This Relationship

It feels like I am the only one working on this relationship while you treat my feelings

like a total joke. I am trying so hard here, but you refuse to understand that

I take everything to heart. I don't know if you are trying to hurt me or if you

genuinely don't care that I am suffering. When we fight, I need to resolve it right now.

I cannot just pause and wait for later because my brain isn't built that way.

I struggle with emotions more than the average person, and you keep closing your eyes to that

reality. I am not trying to dump my trauma on you, but ignoring my

needs isn't a strategy.
