Hi, I am Marci from Amino Alchemy. Let us cook a festive Christmas
dinner today, plenty more recipes on the way. First, we saute onion,
garlic, and mushrooms in a splash of olive oil. Next,
stir in cooked lentils, chopped chestnuts, walnuts, and some fragrant
herbs. Add soy sauce and reduce until the mixture is thick and aromatic.
Place the filling on vegan puff pastry and roll it into a neat log.
Seal the edges and brush the top with aquafaba for a beautiful golden shine.
Bake at two hundred degrees for about twenty five minutes until perfectly golden.
