in actual sunlight. Then I swapped my chaotic mornings for ten minutes of sitting in silence,
just breathing. No app, no guru, just me and my thoughts. I noticed my meals
were trash, so I added one real vegetable to lunch. Sounds stupid but it mattered.
I wrote down three things I actually wanted to accomplish each day instead of seventeen.
