Even if you are lazy all year round, you can still be disciplined. Just do these four
things. Win the morning. Start moving as soon as it's morning. No phone,
no excuses. Do some stretching, wash your face. Just shake off the sleep.
Now write down today's tasks. Not goals, just write down today's steps and
do this continuously for thirty days. If you fail even one day, start over again.
Control your feed, control your mind. Your mind will be shaped by what you see every day.
So add things to your feed that improve your life. Punish yourself for laziness.
If work isn't done due to laziness, stop eating a favorite food for seven days. Stop watching a
