Listen closely. While we sleep peacefully in our homes, our soldiers stand guard at frozen

borders where temperatures drop to minus forty degrees. They sacrifice their children's birthdays,

their parents' last moments, their own comfort. Why? Because they chose

the nation over themselves. They don't complain about cold meals or lonely nights.

They simply stand tall, protecting millions of strangers they'll never meet.

Their families wait months for one phone call. Their kids grow up seeing papa in
