Three-Step Price Update Verification Process

Changing a single price in our system requires a military-grade approval process. At Radheshyam Greenlam,

we manage fixed rates for Distributors, Elites, and Customers, so there is zero

room for error when new designs or revised rates drop. The Manager hands the official data

to the Billing Team to update Tally, but nobody just takes their word for it.

A designated verifier has to audit every single entry first, and then the Manager steps back in for

a final, intense cross-check. The new price list only goes live once it survives three

layers of scrutiny, ensuring your bill is never wrong.
