Justifying Cherokee Removal Through Treaty

So tell me why there's some Cherokee who refuse to move. We need to accept this treaty because

they have to go. Just think about it! Paying them and allowing them to

move would make their savage people more civilized. Isn't our goal to find resolves through

treaties? If we don't sign this treaty now we will have to evict them using

force. Our population is growing much faster than their 16,000, so expansion it's

necessary. Even if we didn’t sign this treaty, people are still going to settle

in their land!
