Learning to Live With Me

I get up every mornin' like I did when you were

here. Splash some water on my face, slowly gaze into the mirror.

I fill the pot of coffee, but only halfway to the line. Since you left,

I've had to change some things. It's gonna take some time.

I sweep the porch at sunrise, the dog still gets his walk. I'm sure it

all looks normal from the outside of the block. But the silence in this house

cuts deeper every night. And that stubborn man in the mirror

is the only one left to fight. I've learned to live without you.
