Light isn't just a wave, it's also a particle, and this discovery changed physics
forever. When scientists shot light at metal surfaces, electrons literally
flew out, but only if the light frequency was high enough. Bright light didn't
matter, only the color did. Einstein explained this by saying light travels in tiny
packets called photons, each carrying specific energy. This is why red light won't trigger
your security system but ultraviolet will. But here's the wildest part: electrons
also behave like waves. Scientists proved this by shooting electrons through
crystals and watching them create wave patterns, just like light does.
