Loving Your Enemies: A Powerful Choice

Loving your enemies is the ultimate power move. It sounds wild, but Jesus actually

said to love the people who hurt you and pray for those who persecute you.

He said this is how you prove you're a child of God. Think about it: God lets the sun

shine on literally everyone, the good and the evil. He sends rain on

people who do right and people who do wrong. He doesn't play favorites with his

basic blessings. When you choose to pray for your enemies, you're acting just

like your Father in heaven. You're showing a love that's bigger than their hate.
