Your anxiety doesn't mean you're failing at college. Junior year, I had a full breakdown
in my dorm room at 2am. Chest tight, hands shaking, convinced I couldn't
handle anything anymore. My roommate sat with me and taught me 5-4-3-2-1 grounding.
Name five things you see, four you can touch, three you hear, two you smell,
one you taste. It pulls you out of panic and back into the present moment.
I still use it during overwhelming days. Time management was my silent killer. I'd avoid assignments
because anxiety made them feel impossible, then panic when deadlines hit. Started breaking
everything into ten minute tasks. Read one article, not the whole chapter. Write one paragraph,
