feels tight, try the four seven eight breathing technique. Breathe in for four
seconds, hold for seven, exhale for eight. It literally tricks your nervous system
into calming down. Time management saved my sanity sophomore year. I started breaking
huge projects into fifteen minute chunks because staring at a whole essay felt impossible.
Sometimes anxiety isn't just stress, it's your brain asking for actual help.
Campus counseling centers exist for a reason and using them is smart, not shameful.
