Adding 'se' to a Spanish verb is a total game-changer. It means you're doing the action
to yourself, and it’s the key to talking about your daily routine. You don't just wake,
you "despertarse" – wake yourself up. You don't just wash, you "lavarse" –
wash yourself. You don't just get dressed, you "vestirse" – dress yourself.
That little "se" is everything. So when you talk, you use "me" for myself,
"te" for yourself. "Me levanto" means I get myself up. "Te bañas" means you take a bath.
"Nos preparamos" means we get ourselves ready. It's that simple.
