Motivation vs. My Phone

“Today I woke up motivated. Like ‘new life starts now’ motivated. I made a to-do list

with 12 items. Very ambitious. Very unrealistic. I started with ‘clean my room’ and found

my phone. Thirty minutes later, I was watching a video titled ‘Why ducks are secretly

evil.’ I thought, ‘I’ll just rest my eyes for 5 minutes.’ I woke up at 6 PM,

confused, hungry, and somehow still tired.
