Mystery of the Roman Dodecahedron

for. These bronze objects have been found all over Europe with different sized

holes on each face and intricate knob decorations. Some experts think they were used for

measuring distances or determining optimal planting dates for crops. Others believe they

were religious artifacts or even ancient dice for gambling. The wildest theory is that they were
