Normal SIP vs. Step-Up SIP

Here's the problem with the normal SIP. You invest 5,000 rupees a month for

25 years. You could build a corpus of 1.25 crore, uh,

rupees. Good. But your salary will increase every year,

right? Your SIP should too. That's a step-up SIP.

You start with 5,000 rupees, but every year, you just increase your SIP by 10%.

Just 10%. That's only 500 rupees extra next year. But look at the

magic. After 25 years, your corpus won't be 1.25 crores. It could be 3.2

crore rupees.
