Occupiers’ Liability Act 1984 Appeal

May it please the court My Lordships, I am Patrycja Weclawska, and I appear on

the behalf of the Appallant, Mr Alex Murray. This appeal concerns whether the respondant,

as occupier, owed the appellant a duty of care under s 1 of the Occupiers’ Liability Act 1984

, particularly section 1 subsection 3 a – c, and whether such

duty was discharged under section 1 subsection 5. My Lordships, I will make 4 submissions.

First, whether the duty under section 1 subsection 3 paragraphs a-c of the occupiers
