Operation Silent Antenna: The Awakening

They called it a “classified operation.” In reality, it was a panic move by

men who drank too much and trusted each other too little. Back in ’83, Moscow cooked up something

they named Operation Silent Antenna. Sounds elegant, doesn’t it? It

wasn’t. A washed-up field agent was sent across the border with a suitcase full of

half-broken tech and a set of instructions written by someone who’d clearly never left a desk. Predictably,

he disappeared before sunrise. The KGB filed it under “acceptable losses.”

Everyone else forgot. Until now. A set of tapes surfaced — badly labeled, weird

hissing on the audio, and a voice muttering about a signal that shouldn’t exist anymore.
