Last semester I had a full breakdown in the library bathroom because I convinced myself
I'd fail everything. And disappoint everyone who ever believed in me. Turns out anxiety
lies to you constantly. Here's what helped. When your chest gets tight during
studying, try the five four three two one grounding method now.
Name five things you see, four you touch, three you hear, two you smell,
one you taste. I also switched to twenty five minute chunks with five minute breaks.
It stopped the spiral completely. If you're losing sleep or feeling hopeless,
ask for backup. Campus counseling and crisis lines are available. Asking for help
