Hi, Its Mike here from Amino Alchemy, today we gonna cook Pistachio Ramen
with Crispy Tofu Soak pistachios in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Press tofu and cut into cubes. Toss with Thai green curry paste and 1 tbsp
soy sauce. Air fry or pan-fry tofu at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes until
crispy, flipping halfway. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set
aside. Blend soaked shelled pistachios, spinach, coriander,
garlic, and half the vegetable broth until smooth. Heat sesame oil
in a pot. Add pistachio mixture, remaining broth, and coconut milk. Simmer for 5
