Hi, Its Mike here from Amino Alchemy, today we gonna cook one of
my favourite recipes. We start by pressing and cubing our extra-firm tofu, then tossing it
with green curry paste. Fry it until it is perfectly crispy and golden
brown. Now, blend soaked pistachios, spinach, and coriander with
vegetable broth for a creamy base. Simmer the mixture with coconut milk and sesame oil
for five minutes. Pour that vibrant green broth over your wholewheat noodles and top with
the tofu. Garnish with hemp seeds and chili flakes for a massive protein boost.
