Your Constitutional rights basically vanish the second you walk into a private business.
Most people think the First Amendment lets them say whatever they want anywhere, but the Constitution
only restricts the government, not your boss or a social media platform. This is called the
State Action Doctrine. Unless a private company is literally acting like a town, they can regulate
you however they want. And even your actual rights against the government,
like privacy or marriage, are shaky. The Supreme Court used to look at
modern values, but now they strictly look at history and tradition. Your rights really
just depend on which five judges show up to work.
