Protect Yourself From Oversharing

Every time you overshare, you hand someone a weapon they didn't have, and I'm telling

you this from my personal experience. Oversharing is one of the worst habits you fall into.

Not everyone who listens to your stories wants the best for you. Some twist it when

it favors them the most. And I'm not saying you don't trust anyone,

but not everyone needs to know everything about you. Some stories has to be with you and

the people who you genuinely trust, the people, even if you're not together,
