food every morning. I discovered these recipes when I was desperately trying to feed my picky
eater something nutritious before school without losing my mind. First up is overnight
oats but make them fun. Mix oats with milk the night before, add a squeeze of
honey, then let your kids go crazy with toppings in the morning. Chocolate chips,
berries, crushed graham crackers, whatever gets them excited. The oats have fiber
and protein while the toppings make them actually want to eat it. Next are two ingredient
