three breakfasts that take five minutes and my picky eaters devour every time. Overnight oats you
prep the night before with chocolate chips hidden inside. Two ingredient banana pancakes that are
just mashed banana and eggs. And smoothie bowls they can decorate themselves with
berries and granola. Each one packs protein and fruit without the morning stress. The secret is making
them fun enough that kids don't realize they're eating something nutritious.
These have saved my sanity on school mornings and my kids ask for them on weekends too.
