AM. I'm showing you three breakfasts that take five minutes max and pack actual
nutrition. First, overnight oats. Night before, throw oats,
milk, and a mashed banana in a jar. Morning of, let your kids go
wild with toppings. We do chocolate chips, strawberries, and a drizzle of
honey. The oats give them fiber to stay full, the banana adds natural sweetness,
and they think they're eating dessert. Next, two ingredient banana pancakes.
