Radical Dreams of Global Liberation

Decolonization was actually a radical plan to rebuild the entire world from scratch.

Most history books tell you it was just colonies becoming nations, but that is a huge

oversimplification. Black revolutionaries like Kwame Nkrumah knew that having a flag means nothing

if the global economy is still rigged against you. They argued that Empire was a global

racial hierarchy that needed to be dismantled globally, not just locally. They fought for

a United States of Africa and a total redistribution of the world's wealth. They didn't just

want independence; they wanted a world free from domination, and we are still chasing that dream

today.
