Revolt of the Stuffed Resistance

Once upon a time in a future dystopian city , there is a 1984 esq style civilization

with stuffed animals, one resembles stitch from lilo and stitch, one is a bunny, one is a gorilla

in guerilla warfare gear, and they are trying to fight against a evil teddy bear

general with a scar over his eye who brings animals and throws them into the washing machine

and when they get out he hands some of them a smartphone in one scene, and you see a cut

to another scene where they are running from robots, fighting other creatures, showing the general

saluting and everyone else saluting (this resembling ww2 germany)
