Setting a Dinner Budget for Guests

AITA for putting my son’s girlfriend on a dinner budget? My son (23M) moved back home after

graduating in June. His long-distance girlfriend Carmella (21F) had to move out of her mom’s

place in October, so my son asked if she could stay with us until they move into their

own apartment in January. I said yes — no rent, just clean up and

be respectful. Carmella’s been lovely and even insisted on cooking most nights to “give
