Training martial arts with my friends completely changed how I see combat sports.

single time. Now when we spar, I focus on precision instead of power. My defense improved,
my cardio got better, and honestly, the humility you gain from getting your ass kicked
by your homies builds character. If you're not training with people who challenge you,
you're just wasting time. Find friends who push you past your limits and watch
yourself level up in ways you never expected.
