The Boy Who Cried Wolf Once upon a time, there was a little boy who watched

over his village’s sheep. Feeling bored one day, he decided to play

a prank on the villagers. He ran toward the village shouting, “Wolf! Wolf!”

Frightened, the villagers rushed to help—only to find no wolf at all.

Realizing they had been tricked, they grew angry, while the boy laughed at their fear.

Later that day, the boy returned to the hills and sat beside his sheep. As the sun began

to set, he suddenly noticed a large black wolf creeping closer behind him.

Terrified, the boy cried out for help again—but this time, no one came.
