There's an invisible line that splits the world into rich and poor, and you're probably
on the 'rich' side. It’s called the Brandt Line. North of it, you find countries
with better healthcare, education, and high standards of living. South of it,
countries often struggle with basic needs and economies based on raw materials. Globalization was
supposed to connect us, but it has a dark side. Big companies often
exploit poorer nations for cheap labor, making themselves richer while trapping developing countries
in a cycle of dependency. So that global system? It might be making global inequality permanent.
