The End of the Dinosaurs

Long before humans walked upright, the world had already ended once. Fire fell from the

heavens. Forests burned. Oceans boiled at their edges. Giants that ruled

Earth for millions of years vanished. Dinosaurs did not fall because they were weak.

They fell because the world changed too fast. That same violence still sleeps beneath

the soil. The hunters gather what they can and run. Hot wind lashes

the savanna. Children are lifted. Elders struggle forward. Water skins hang

nearly empty.
