The First Public Call on Mount Safa

After receiving the command to warn his closest relatives, Prophet Muhammad

(peace be upon him) took the next step. <break time="0.8s" /> At the age of forty, he moved from private warnings

to a public call. <break time="0.8s" /> He went to Mount Ṣafā, a place where the people of Quraysh

gathered and listened. <break time="0.8s" /> From there, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) called out

to the tribes of Quraysh. <break time="0.8s" /> He named them one by one, until the people

assembled. <break time="0.8s" /> When they had gathered, he asked them a question. <break time="0.8s" /> He asked

whether they would believe him if he warned them of danger ahead. <break time="0.8s" /> They answered together
