The first monkey stood at the edge of night. Eyes wide open, staring through the

flame. The coldest fire whispered his name. Through the hell that froze and

heaven that burned, he saw the wheel spin, he saw it turn.

Birth and death in a single breath. The first witness to the dance

of unrest. The purest light kissed his fragile mind. Blinding and warm,

yet cruelly unkind. He reached for the stars but fell through the ground.
