Your entire body is built from just four basic types of fabric. First up is epithelial
tissue, your body's "cover." It's your skin and the lining of all your internal organs,
acting as a protective barrier. Next is connective tissue, the ultimate multi-tasker.
It's the glue holding you together, the padding in your joints, and even your bones
and blood fall into this category. Then you have muscle tissue, the "movers."
Skeletal for lifting, cardiac for your heartbeat, and smooth for your organs.
Finally, nervous tissue is the "control center," with neurons firing electrical signals
to run the whole show.
