at the Application layer, then you pick your shipping method. TCP is the strict
courier making sure every single packet arrives perfectly in order, while UDP is the
chaotic mailman who just throws the box at your porch and runs. Routers act like
international post offices reading IP addresses, while switches are the local delivery
guys checking MAC addresses. It takes seven layers of complex translation just to send a meme,
but it happens so fast you never even notice the work.
