The Photo Taken While I Slept

I found out the truth at 3:17 a.m. His phone started vibrating like crazy beside me.

lit up. “She’s starting to suspect. Fix it.” My stomach dropped.

I unlocked the phone. The chat was already open — with my best friend. Before I could even

process that, another message came in. “Did you delete the photos?”

My hands went cold. Photos of what? I scrolled. And the first thing I saw

was a picture of me. Taken while I was sleeping. That’s when I realized

this wasn’t cheating. It was something much worse.
