the act of going against your own better judgment. Your brain experiences time inconsistency.
Your Future Self wants the degree, but your Present Self wants the instant dopamine of
social media. Starting is the hardest part. The anxiety of procrastinating is often
more painful than the work itself. You just need to cross the action line.
Try the two minute rule. If a task takes less than two minutes,
do it now. Or just commit to starting for only two minutes. Break it down.
