Think Slow to Decide Smart

Your brain is actively trying to sabotage your decisions. It loves this thing called System 1

thinking, which is basically a lazy autopilot mode that prioritizes speed over accuracy.

You think you’re being logical, but you’re actually just falling for cognitive biases

because your mind wants to save energy. You’re ignoring the probability of outcomes and

letting your feelings drive the bus. To actually make smart moves, you have to force

yourself into System 2. It’s slow, it’s annoying, and it forces you
