The faster you move, the slower you age. This isn't science fiction; it's Einstein's theory of relativity.
He figured out the speed of light is the universe's ultimate speed limit, constant for everyone,
no matter how fast they're moving. For that to be true, space and time have to get weird.
If you flew past Earth in a spaceship near the speed of light, we would see your
clock ticking slower than ours. This is called time dilation. We'd also measure
your spaceship as being physically shorter. That's length contraction. Your reality is
literally different from ours.
