Understanding Contract Legality and Capacity

You can legally ghost a contract just because you were too drunk when you signed it.

It is called lacking capacity and it is a total loophole. For a deal to actually stick,

you need four specific things: a clear offer, acceptance, something of value

being swapped, and it has to be legal. That means if you hire a hitman and

they take your cash without doing the job, you cannot sue them because the contract

itself was illegal. Watch out for unilateral contracts too, like a lost dog poster.

If someone finds that dog, you legally have to pay that reward money.
